May 30, 201214 yr ASUS M/B P8Z68 Pro Does anyone know how to enable the onboard sound to record what's going through it, rather than with a line in or microphone? I have several sound programmes, but when I try to record, I always get an error message stating that there is no recording device. I have the latest Realtek drivers installed. Audio is enabled in the BIOS and all external sound works correctly when played through speakers. May 30, 201214 yr Hi Dougal, I don't know about yours but my sound card has the option to record "Stereo Out" This is the equivalent of recording what is coming out of the speakers, no matter what its source. This is how most of the You Tube audio grabbers work.. Hope this helps jake JAKE EYREIt's a small step from the sublime to the ridiculous...Napoleon Bonaparte
