Must be dependent on your location then because I still can't access their site and I've tried both from my smartphone and my PC and I've also cleared my cache but still no access.

There was apparently a fire overnight either in the datacenter when my server resides, or an adjoining building, but we were offline for about ten hours beginning around midnight last night. Back up and running now though. Shew, bad timing, really playing catch-up now
