Commercial Advertising & Misrepresentation

I just banned a member for misrepresenting himself and the posting a topic that was essentially advertising disguised as an member just being helpful by posting product information. I want to remind everyone that we are as serious as a heart attack about advertising and misrepresentation. Our community is too small for anyone to get away with it for very long. If you are a member who has an affiliation with or involvement in commercial products, you are expected to say so with full disclosure to your fellow forum members. If you do not do that, and you are found to be "pimping product", you will be banned. No if's, but's or maybe's. It is a one strike and you are out offense on the ASVIM system.
