May 15, 200422 yr Back in the FS2K2 days, someone posted a file here that multiplied by alot the number of trees per sq mile.It really made the world look nice.Does anybody know of something similar for FS9? Or do you think the FS2K2 file would work in FS9?Now I just have to find it in the Library. Some searches don't work. Thanks again.Rick
May 15, 200422 yr No I don't think so... I remember this thing to, it was a download from the avsim file library that replaced each of the autogen trees with four low poly ones, so the framerate maintained intact but the number of trees quadrupled. I took a quick search of it now that I was reminded of it but couldn't find it as well... BTW what does that autogenius2004 do? It looked nice, but since my italian isn't the best I couldn't make out much of it :-)rgrdsfredrik granfors
May 15, 200422 yr yup, there was something like that. i downloaded it last winter, checked it out, it looked really, really bad compared to default/gg trees, so i didn't even keep the zip in my 50-gig archive. don't lose too much sleep, if you can't find it...:)
May 15, 200422 yr I wonder if you mean the trees that Gerrish Gray did.Do a search for Gerrish Gray in the library and look at all the things he did. It might be one of his tree sets. Just a guessCraig

May 15, 200422 yr That's the one! (I meant anyway!) I remember it as looking quite good in fs8, it's worth a try anyway! Thanks a lot!rgrdsfredrik granfors
May 15, 200422 yr That's the one I've used from day one. I love those trees. Look much better than the defaults and are very quiet compared to the defaults.
