June 11, 201213 yr Hello, folks! This weekend I bought me the Wilco Airbus Bundle (v1 and v2). I'm still getting used to its low quality, compared to PMDG standards, but I'm finding it quite enjoyable. One thing that is still annoying me though are those wing vortices that are always there, even at cruise altitudes at mach .76 or .78. Can anyone tell me if it's accurate? Does you guys have the same problem or is it just with me? I might be doing something wrong when loading the payload or something like that. Thanks! Caio Belmock Mascarenhas de Campos
December 31, 201312 yr Bumping this up the forum. I too have this issue after first reporting it a year ago. No replies from anyone. Are there really only two users experiencing this annoyance?
January 2, 201412 yr Author Hello, Matthew! I can't tell you for sure, but I might have added/replaced the following lines into aircraft.cfg: vaportrail_l=fx_dummy vaportrail_r=fx_dummy I haven't used those aircrafts for ages. If it doesn't remove the vortices, then I can send you the edited aircraft.cfg's, although mine are merged with Project Airbus. p.s.: I've just recalled that you have to change some parameters in [flight_tuning] to improve that high-pitch cruise attitude. Just let me know if you want the aircraft.cfg files. Edited January 2, 201412 yr by Caio de Campos Caio Belmock Mascarenhas de Campos
