Press start, control panel, regional and language options, languages tab, details button, advanced tab, system configuration box, and check the "Turn off advanced text services", Apply/OK or OK and follow your way back to the control panel.Took me 25 minutes to find that puppy. Its been about one year since I was beta testing some ATC software.
