This looks to be the only option/product available to that adds a lot of snow to trees in the winter. However, there is only the "notify me when this product is available" option at SimMarket with no option to buy.

 

Anyone know if/where I can get it?

Well, I wasn't ever able to find Samoshin trees, but I did find that the trees in TreeX seem to add a bit more snow. So far, I'm pretty happy with those.

Yup, Samoshin Trees appears to be in limbo at the moment. Shame really, they look pretty nifty.
