May 20, 200422 yr Forgive me for being such a noob on this - how many other of you guys know that using the number pad to select a view direction in either the 2D or VC modes will hold the image indefinitely in that direction if you first press the number, then Ctrl, then release the number, then Ctrl (in that order)?Makes it really easy to take those over-wing screenshots...Scott
May 20, 200422 yr I don't have to do that on mine :) I just press the number, and the view direction sticks.. Long ago, I rerecorded the view key sequences, and ported them from my FS2002.cfg to my FS9.cfg...-John
May 21, 200422 yr Hi thereDo exactly what you just described, but use Shift instead of CTRLThat works for me and my view keys are default.Cheerslungs
May 21, 200422 yr Or, in a default setup, hit NumLock before releasing the numpad key. One hand operation.Kevin
May 21, 200422 yr Replace your "view" entries with these entries in the "keyboard_main" section of your fs9.cfg:VIEW_FORWARD=38,9VIEW_FORWARD_RIGHT=33,9VIEW_RIGHT=39,9VIEW_REAR_RIGHT=34,9VIEW_REAR=40,9VIEW_REAR_LEFT=35,9VIEW_LEFT=37,9VIEW_FORWARD_LEFT=36,9VIEW_DOWN=12,9Your views will "stick" whenever you press the appropriate number on the numeric keypad (as long as numlock is enables)-John
