POSKY / PSS B777-200 merge 2D views question

Just did the PSS panel to POSKY textures merge and all looks and works great except some 2D cockpit views. The forward view

of the instrument panel and through the windscreen is OK; but other views are missing (ie. side views out of the left and right

hand cockpit windows etc.). Is this because there is no VC ( the conversion intructions I followed did not allow for VC ), or

am I missing these views for some other reason? Can they be added to what I now have (a merge with no VC)?

For clarification, I'm not talking about "wing views" from cockpit >> only the side and other internal cockpit views when

in the 2D cockpit.
