So here we go again with the famuos re-download stuff. I recently bought a new computer and need to get new downlaod link to the NGX via the extended download service. Since i have both the base pack 8/900 and the 6/700 models in my "previous order" list, do i need to buy one sevice for the 8/900 and one for the 6/700 or is one enough to get my planes rolling again on my computer since there is 2 different download links for the specific models?

Ok what happened to your previous pc have you still got it reason is that you can back up your installer to an dvd and than use them on your new pc. Not sure about getting the second extended service on your second purchase but if you send a support ticket in explaining your situation maybe you get lucky and have the links re activated for you just maybe.

So when you do get everything sorted make sure you either back up your installers to a dvd disk or back up your whole hard drive to a external drive just in case if you have a hard drive crash
