Problem with NGX on my New PC

Hi Everyone

I just Built a new PC My Specs as follows = Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 , Gigabyte GTX 670 OC, I7 3770K, 8 GB DDR3 1600 Gskill Ripjaw Ram,1000TB 7200rmb 64 HDD.

My Problem is in the NGX every 10 seconds the the screen will freeze for about 3-4 Seconds. I have re installed the NGX each time i re installed each service pack id load up the plane in FSX and then re-start the PC before installing the next service pack. I have installed Word Not Allowed,s Tweaks and Ryans Nvidia Tweaks. Ive been Blowen away with the differance those Tweaks have Made. FSX is running Great but I still have that issue with the NGX and only the NGX. If anyone has any Ideas it would Be great. Thanks.
