FS crash at go around

Hi,

lately I have been experiencing a crash, with consequent message of Windows irreversibile error, FSX.cfg reverting to the default FSX.cfg and double mouse click not working in Win until next reboot, as soon as I press the TOGA button on my throttle (button assigned to CTRL+SH+G) in order to execute a go around at the decision altitude.

It happens now and then, not always.

Has anyone ever experienced this?
