July 10, 201213 yr Good Evening, everybody knows in FSX when you want to switch a button in the aircraft .... you move your mouse, the coursor appears and click a button or something .... after that the mouse coursor dissappears .... this "Feature" works fine for me until i connect to Ivap ... after the connect to the networks my mouse coursor do not dissapear´s anny moar ..... means i can see the mouse the holy time until i dissconnect myself from Ivap ..... then everything went normal... ? i do not have a problem with it ..... but ..... when the mouse coursor is vissibly my framerate drops about 5 till 10 FPS in the NGX ..... and thats not the way i would like to fly .... i hope you understand my problem ...... ?! And ..... btw. Sry for my bad English :-) for your information: --------------------- Win7 64bit I7 2700K @ Stock Gainward GTX 680 8 Gigs Ram FSX SP2 / NO Acc Pack installed PMDG NGX SP1c Ivap (Latest Version for FSX) ( Ivap all on STD. settings only "Prevent Fullscreen Flickering" is on and "Use IVAP weather" is off anybody a soloution or a problem like that ?? PS: already posted this is ne IVAO forums .... but i think nobody can help .. so doublepost this on the AVSIM forums :-) Best regard Julian Best Regards Julian Beyendorff
July 10, 201213 yr Please, confirm that after you execute ivap you mark the fsx window 'on top' again. I mean you click wherever you like on the FSX window so that it becomes the active window. Also, do you run FSX in full-screen or windowed mode? I'm sure that someone on IVAO forums could help i you post your problem there ;)
July 10, 201213 yr Author first .. thanks for the fast answer .. i connect to the ivap network, after that i close the ivap window with the key combo, now i can use all my clickspots in the VC, so thats for shure FSX is running on top ! right ? ... and yes run FSX in Fullscreenmode ;-) ..... but mouse coursor ... the same like before .... :-( Best Regards Julian Beyendorff
July 12, 201213 yr Try to set the compatibility of the fsx.exe to default (Win7) and run it as administrator.. If nothing helps, Try to limit your FPS and assign IVAP to run on it's own, single CPU core... That could lower the the loss of FPS..
July 12, 201213 yr Author Started FSX as administrator .... but did not help .... I already have my fsx.cfg tweaked with the affinitymask tweak ... whenever i fly the 3 cores are for fs only and the other 1 is for the system and stuff like active sky and something like that ... so no gain in FPS any other solutions ?? Best Regards Julian Beyendorff
