I would like to know wher the AS2012 generated flight plan is stored on the computer for using with external tool.

If you export a plan you can save it anywhere you want to - you get the usual save file dialog and can chose a file name and location.

Where is the Flight plan file generated by AS2012. This which appear in Flight plan windows with log.

That plan is internal and doesn't exist as a file until you export it... if I were programming it, it would be a linked list to facilitate changes at any point in the flight. Since FS doesn't use the plan unless you do export it and load it via the FS flight planner there is no point in creating it as a file until you export it as a .PLN file.
