I've been ripped off!

Hi All,Been a while since I logged on and seeing another Wizz Air A320 paint, I chanced a look at it. Good thing I did!! Good old Joe (Teply) must have spent 2 minutes doing his version using my textures. Basically, all he did was change the reg number on the rear of the aircraft. Photoreal tail, windows and front fuse textures are all mine. Funny thing, I never recieved a polite e-mail from him asking if he could use my textures. I tried finding Joe's e-mail address to mail him but all his repaints do not include a contact e-mail. Pitty..SHAME ON YOU JOE!!...shame, shame, shame....I hope Avsim will come through and remove the file. Thanks Joe!Mike - The original WizzAir repaint owner...

Please contact the Library Managers about this (library AT avsim.com).

be careful. I once did the same seeing a DC-9 appear in a livery I'd also made shortly after I uploaded mine.Everything was identical, up to the small mistakes I'd made. When I had it removed I got hatemail from the "author" of the other one...

This is sadly not surprising given the rapidly evolving cultural norm that outcomes are more important than how they were secured. Just look at the rampant cheating and copying of others' work in our high schools and universities. This is a real dark side of the flow of information on the internet. Good for you for standing up for your authorship rights and I applaud everyone in the community that will have nothing to do with pirated or otherwise fradulent work. Community censure is a good place to start fighting back in my humble opinion.
