Hi all, Bob Bernstein here. Some years back I wrote a scenery product called Havey-Monroe for FS9, publshed by FSADDON. I had just finished the product when megascenery released their PNW for fs9. Of course there was a mismatch.

 

I wrote a patch, to line up my product with theirs. The patch was released as freeware on the fsaddon site.

 

Fast forward to today, a customer has just purchased pnw from megascenery and, only now, needs the patch.

 

Apparently, FSADDON has cleaned off their server, I've built several new computers since then, and I haven't had a service request for years.....I can't find head nor tail of the patch.

 

So....can anyone find their download: Harvey-Monroe patch for megascenery PNW?

 

My customer would appreciate it!

Methink I have your patch !

This is from the readme:

1. Please extract all files to your flight simulator 9 folder.

default installation will make this will be c:\program files\microsoft games\flight simulator 9

2. Then: run the batch file called h2.bat

3. Then: move af2_w16p.bgl from your "flight simulator 9" folder into your flight simulator 9\addon scenery\scenery folder.

4. Then: move af2_s43p.bgl from your "flight simulator 9" folder into your flight simulator 9\addon scenery\scenery folder.

(make sure that you remove the original file from both step 3 and step 4 from your flight simulator 9 folder ... only 1 copy of each file should remain on your harddrive) Cut and Paste will do this, or use copy and paste followed by a delete in the original location.

5. In Megascenery PNW, you then need to disable the files for s43-Harvey.bgl and W-16 firstair.bgl in the PNWobjects folder.

That's it!
