Hi!

 

Yes it was a faulty gear part discovered in Everett which was fitted to some of ANA's aircraft engines so they grounded them to fix them. Here is an explanation if interested posted on Airliners.net:

It's good they found this issue when there weren't too many units produced this way and out there and before they led to an incident or inflight shutdown or anything. I would guess ANA is insured against such things so won't lose any money from cancellations etc. but I don't really know how real airlines work.
