fs2crew ifly 737ng button control problems install

hello im new at this i just bought the fs2crew ifly 737ng button control.

i installed it but it seems like it donst work at all.

can sombody please help me figure out how to install this software?

install it twice ran admin still dont work. need help and thank you.
