I heard there was a new airac coming out tomorrow, but what exactly is an airac cycle for fsx?

Ive never downloaded any before - does it add new STARs and SIDs for all payware aircraft?

Airacs contain worldwide waypoints and Nav aids( Vors, NDB's, etc) along with airport approach and departure procedures to be used in navigation equipment such as Flight Management Computers.. They are updated in a monthly or 28 day cycle. Next update would be 1208. Each developer has its own specific FMC modeling. Otherwise PMDG airacs are different than LevelD's and you have to buy them seperate. Yes it adds Sids and Stars/procedures.
