July 31, 201213 yr Just setup my new Saitek yoke and throttle today, but the throttle is behaving very strange... Basically it's like the middle Rx throttle is controlling both the Rx and Ry axis in the software, and the right Ry throttle does not do anything in the software. I have made a quick video so you can see what I mean: https://picasaweb.google.com/mrcarl79/SaitekTest#5771245632188936434 Seem's a bit strange, should I be taking this back??
August 7, 201213 yr Oops. Yup, that's a faulty unit. Send it back for a new one. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
August 9, 201213 yr What drivers are you using?? I have four of those and only use 2 for the most part, I purchased 4 so I can set up two computers and use one for Low and slowe and the other for airliners etc. You need to be using the spad drivers. I think it is very unlikely it's no good right out of the box..................John PS: My Saitec hardware has never given me any trouble at all by the way.

Both pots are somehow being manipulated by the center axis. It's a faulty device, not bad drivers. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
August 9, 201213 yr I have had that same problem which turned out to be due to an error I made when setting it up using FSUIPC. Pilot error....John

What you see in the video is the properties/test page directly under Windows. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
