More Bloom for lights only at night

Hi all, I love my settings for Bloom in FS9, my night settings are almost default however since I don't like how the Bloom effect darkens the night environment too much. I would like however for the runway lights and other lights to have a bit more bloom at night. Would this be possible and if so, what is the setting in the ini file that I would need to adjust to get this effect?
