August 8, 201213 yr I am using an AMD 5750 1GB graphics card with a viewsonic VA1901wm monitor. The Maximum resolution supported by the monitor is 1366*768. Until i installed the drivers for my monitor i was able to use a maximum resolution of 1360*768 in windows 7 screen resolution settings. But installing the drivers solved that problem and now i am using 1366*768. But 1366*768 resolution is not available in display settings in fsx. The maximum available is 1360*768. So how can i set the fsx resolution to 1366*768?
August 9, 201213 yr Doesn't anyone know a fix for this? Hi KNIGHT. Why are you worrying over 6 pixels? gb. YSSY. August 9, 201213 yr Well, for one thing, running at a non-native resolution on an LCD panel will result in lower image quality from the scaling that the monitor will be doing to stretch the image out to fit. I don't know the limits of FSX's rendering engine, but can you simply specify the correct desired resolution in the FSX.cfg file?
