Of Monsters and Men

I dunno bout anybody else here but personally i have always been mesmorized by the first ever official Flight trailer teaser. You know, this one :

Not only the beautiful and inspiring shot of the Stearman but particularly that wonderful little piece of music as well. I always thought it went very well together and even saved it to my HD and can't help still playing it every now and then ( which makes me feel a little bit sad indeed ). Have great respect for the musician who put this little piece of music together.

Now, what's that got to do with Monsters and Men you ask... Well,listen to this ( starts at 1.45 )

Remarkable, isn't it...

It's an Icelandic band called 'Of Monsters and Men' that played at the Lowlands popfestival this passed weekend. To me they were a breath of fresh air between all the hard core racket and guys jumping up and down while pushing knobs and sliders and think that the're making music.

Sad to know now that MSFlight proved to be only the teaser from that first ever mesmorizing trailer... 'Of Monsters and Men' made a whole song of it...
