Would you kindly add you hardware and software specifications to your profile, please, Elai.

 

What folder are you installing FSX into? and if you're using Windows 7 - do you have UAC on, or have you turned it off?

OK - Turn UAC completely off. What about the other questions, your system, etc. It's impossible to diagnose an issue without that information!
