Hi,

My hard disk crashed last Thursday and is unrecoverable. I'm in the process of requesting new keys, serials and order #s from my vendors. When I got AS2012 I did the upgrade from ASE, I have the key and download from Simmarket. However I don't have the same for ASE. I went to HiFi's site and filled out the registration for for support. When I got the activation e-mail from them what should have been a link wasn't. We tried copy and paste but couldn't paste the address into the address bar. By the time we finally wrote down the long URL it said something was expired. Some assistance would be appreciated.
