IRS problem

Hi

i am having problems with the IRS in my 747-400 for fs9. Once i have selected the IRS selectors and switch them from the off then to nav the CRT shows that the L, C, and R are in alignment mode and will take 7 minutes to work. this is normal, but once they have counted down to 0, the revert back to 7 minutes and wont go back.

Are you loading the present position via the FMC after selecting NAV?

I set the IRS Switches first then load my position (GPS) via the FMC

It's often necessary to enter your position twice in the FMC after selecting the IRS mode selectors to NAV. Try that.
