June 23, 200421 yr When I attempt to startup from a cold cockpit, I cannot get the Bus Function Switch to move from OFF to MAN. The startup order, from the panel author (Oliver Moser) is:Procedure:1. Master Power ON2. ApuStart ON3. BatCond Light ON set Battery ON4. Bus Function Switch MAN5. BLEED AIR ON6. Generator Breaker PUSH OPEN7. wait till the needle stops8. Generator Field Push Openvalue moves if engine startedEngine Start:Overhead Panel:Continuous Ignition ONGND Start Release ONGND Start/Assist start by Engine 2Throttle Panel:if N3 RPM 20% Value Eng 2 opennext Engine 1 then 3.So I complete steps 1-3, then cannot move the Bus Function Switch. Has anybody been able to get this to work, yet?Alex M.
June 23, 200421 yr I really wanted that panel, but now since it costs $5 for a CD, it is pissing me off. :(
June 23, 200421 yr Fred-It is supposed to work in any position other than OFF. My switch simply refuses to go anywhere. If I start a flight "Ready for engine start" it is in the MAN position. If I then turn it OFF, it is locked there and won't go to any other position.Do you have any ideas? Any possibility of a cfg edit (FS9)?Alex M.
June 23, 200421 yr ...right-click on it, not left-click!:-roll All my other panels, none use r/c's. Talk about humbling! Anyhoo... it all works and I am a very happy camper now!Alex M.P.S. Message for Douglas T.- I really, REALLY tried to talk Oliver into uploading into AVSIM's library. He never gave me a reason why he wouldn't. Strange... :-hmmm

Strange... :-hmmm yes - it is a pity because I am sure that there are many who would like this a/c. Maybe , because it was originally intended to be payware and then abandoned to freeware, the amount of interest now shown in the a/c is causing a rethink. But with the impending? release of the Dreamfleet ATR and B727 as payware, I can't help but feel that this a/c - although great fun - is not in the same league as those to be released. Just another unfortunate fact about the current Fsim world - as discussed in another thread.Barry
June 24, 200421 yr >I am sure that there are many who would like this a/cContinuing to try to clarify this point- this is a PANEL only , not an A/C (I've mistakenly referred to it as an aircraft, too). The plane is was coupled with at OMWINGS was Mike Stone's Lockheed L1011-200 Tristar.Point still taken.Alex M.
