SPAD almost 100% working with Saitek Hardware in P3D

Just did a test flight using all my Saitek hardware (have all except the individual gauges), and I must say it was even better than what I expected. I did the following:

1. Installed FSX-to-P3D Migration Tool (little payware add-on, worth it IMHO).

2. I left this program "ON" before installing SPAD. You are to turn ON when installing stuff to P3D and turn it OFF when using or installing to FSX.

3. I left my original FSX SPAD install all intact. So when I installed SPAD for a 2nd time I called the install folder 'SPAD P3D' (my FSX folder is just 'SPAD').

4. Installed without an issue.

5. I copied over my default BIP ini file over to the SPAD P3D so I would not have to create it a 2nd time.

6. Started P3D with its new v1.4 airplane, which is a Mooney Acclaim. Single engine aircraft.

7. From what I saw:

a. BIP Panel working correctly

b. Radio Panels working correctly

c. Switch Panel working correctly

(this includes start-up and the gear switch!)

d. Multi Panel almost all working

1. Autopilot IAS, ALT, VS and HDG all working.

2. Flaps working

3. Pitch Trim working

4. Auto Throttle NOT working

5. Did not test NAV, APR, or REV buttons or CRS on rotary knob.

So overall it is like 90% already working. I have forwarded my findings over to Massimo of SPAD to see if can can include SPAD for P3D install and a BOTH for those who have FSX and P3D.

Those who have Saitek hardware thought you would find this interesting. Those who have not heard of SPAD it is a program that replaces all the default Saitek drivers and gives a indepth user interface to accomplish more with you hardware. Highly recommend it.
