September 12, 201213 yr I am considering this buy, but I am not sure if I am willing to take the FPS hit. Does anyone have a comparison to maybe Heinz's Boeing 787 or one of the stock X-Plane 10 planes? I found the stock 747 to be a FPS eater, the 787 does way better. - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20
September 12, 201213 yr what are your pc specs? on my system i get 20fps-30fps(over cities at Extreme detail) with everything maxed(textures and distance at HIGH) with the 777, and i have HDR on.
September 12, 201213 yr I can't compare with the Heinz's Boeing 787 (I don't have this add-on) but the FPS in the 777 are very good on my system. I would say it's like the JRollon CRJ-200. Happy flying. Georges - OpenStreetMap - Ubuntu GNU/Linux -
September 12, 201213 yr Author Arthur, performance is always relative. In a scene where you get 30 with the said settings... how much would you get with a Cessna instead? - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20
