737NGX activation denied citing that "max activation has reached"

I activated my PMDG 737NGX 800/900 and got the following message:

 

"The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceed. [incident# 3864-605093]"

 

Please help if you encountered the same problem and found a solution.
