Runway scenery misaliged at default KSEA

Hi,

I posted the topic below in the MSFSX forum, but I realized later that it's probably in the wrong one since I am using the LD 767

As far as I know, I am using all default stuffs here, so why am I seeing this misalignment?

Any helps will be appreciated. If you don't see this in your environment, what do you have different?
