VC Panel in Posky 737 Problem

Featured Replies

Hi,

Hoping someone can help.

I have just come over to the darkside having used FS9 up till now. I bought FSX when it first came out and like many was dissapointed and left it dormant. Three computers later and I thought I would give it another try and so far it is running very well on my system and I am thinking of going over fully to FSX. In order to test various items I am running the Posky 737 and have transfered the Microsoft FSX 737 panel in to the Posky plane and have a problem, the 2d panel is fine but the VC appears to be missing textures on the facia. All the gauges and buttons are there but just a plain black texture on the panel background no button names etc. Anybody out there got any ideas as to how I can solve this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Peter

Have you copied/pasted all the VC textures from the default 737 texture folder? That's most likely the problem, as far as I remember.

Hi Flo,

Thanks for that, I knew it had to be missing textures but had no idea which, I had copied over B737_800_Interior.dds and Pilots_737.dds as being the only ones I could readily identify as possible cockpit textures but after your reply I compared the texture and texture.1 folders and transfered everything that wasn't in texture.1, problem solved.

Thank you for your help and takeing the time to reply, much appreciated.

Regards

Peter
