i dont know when it happened, i think around the time i installed the usa roads thing, i seem to have lost all of my vc interior panel lighting, you know the shift L thing, it turns on and off in the 2d panels, but no vc??? i do get the guage backlighting, which is ok, but man, kinda hard to see the numbers sometimes i have a the radeon 9800 pro 256 megs, it was working, so i dont know, anyone have ideas? ciao!Brian S

Check the effects folder to make sure the proper effects are in there. From memory, fx_vclight, is the common file used for VC panel lights. Also in FS Display settings you may have to turn up the, Hardware rendered lights, section.

interesting, i have two files, calledfs_vclighthfs_vclightwhi?? but i dont have just vclightwhere do i get this file or can i rename one of the above?OH SWEETNESS! IT WORKS!i also found another one called vclightcarboni made a copy of vclighth and then renamed it vclightand viola! ive got interior lighting, wow i dont know what went wrong, but anyway, thanks for the helpciao!Brian S
