Monitor Ghosting

Hi,

Recently I began to notice that my monitor is ghosting around the bezel when in a dark room at night. - This is quite irratating because when I come in on a late night approach, I have these silly little gray/white bleedthroughs on the corners/edges of my monitor.

So, in a pursuit to fix this, I am now in the market for a new display. My budget is $250-400. I am looking for a 27inch 1080P display, with great colors and one wont have this "ghosting" effect.

Any help would be appreciated.
