October 16, 201213 yr Hello, just wanted to know as PMDG recommended to set the cloud drew range to 80 miles, is that realistic, will i notice a difference between 80 and 110? currently using 60 miles, it looks terible i think i can see the clouds starting to draw when i look at them. any recommendation? thanks! October 16, 201213 yr What I do is set cloud draw to 80 miles and I then lower the visibility setting to 60 miles, that way it helps to hide the limit where the clouds stop being rendered. If your cloud draw range is 60 miles, then you can set the visibility to 40-50 miles. Works pretty well and IMO is much more realistic then having unlimited vis. all the time. If you have active sky 2012 there is a setting max visibility range you can adjust. Alex Bart
