ssd drives keep changing gb values

yesterday my ssd drives were showing

 

C 16gb left

E 10gb left

 

they then swapped over. I restarted and they went back to normal and now they swapped again LOL Now I know that drive c is my main storage and should have 10 gb . Any idea what would cause this strange behavior?
