October 19, 201213 yr Just use normal technique for there. The runway is 6400 feet long - more than enough room for a normal 737-600 landing :good: . I routinely go into Sandspit, BC with a 5,000 ft runway in the 600 and it's no sweat. You can do 4,000 feet in it, but there you need to be at exactly Vref as you cross the threshold and use max braking (and not be too heavy), but it is do-able (here and IRL). After all, the 737-200 used to go into Dutch Harbor routinely, and it was 3950 (or thereabouts - it was definitely under 4000 at that time) although it used reduced loading of course. The 600 is the NG replacement for the 200, but is somewhat more capable. Just be patient when you round out, be on the numbers and you should do just fine. Have fun B) PS - I can't say definitevly that the SFP kit is modeled, but I'm 99% certain from experiences in those equipped and not equipped with it that it is. Shorter runways I've been on without have been a bit more "interesting" than when in the machines that do have it installed. I'm quite sure they modeled it personally.
