ASE (FS9Mode) No historical weather depictions

Hello HIFI!

 

I have set the Time and Date to 6.August 2010 in FS9.

 

I have make an Download of historical weather and its saved as "2012-08-06_06Z.Wx"

I Open this File with ASE.

Active Time and Date in ASE did shown as: 6-08-12 8:00 LOCAL Time.

I get the window, wich shows me that "Online Weather" is now Off.

Pressing OK.

 

But the Weather shown always like actual weather.

so i get the actual metar shown: LOWL 201820Z with Fog now...

also in TAF: LOWL 201115Z .... the actual TAF is shown.

Depict is acual weather with fog (now in LOWL 21:00 LOCAL 20.Oct.2012)

 

Why ASE did not depict the historical Data i have loadet?

Help please, there are many errors:

Any stations will get Metar from 6-8-2012 and nearby the station getting actual data:

I have marked it Bold:
