Here is a copy of the e-mail and the post I made on Lago's site for help and the responce I got back. I am not being ugly and have no reason to be. I just am stuck in relation what to do.If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it. Please find below a copy of my post and e-mail and the responce I recived prior to this last post."I paid for and received Emma for fs2k2. Since then I have been relocated 3 times and in process I purchased a new pc, and am with my 3rd ISP.I have no idea of the e-mail account that was used when I received the product via download. With the new computer and the original e-mail account no longer in existence I cant get my paid for Emma field and the update for fs2004. I cant find a phone number and have e-mailed them and the only answer or response I got was they don't make phone calls. But got no info on solving the problem. It is not my fault I have been moved 3 times and that the original e-mail account was one tied to the ISP at that time. I have called the original ISP, they told me after so many days of an account being cancelled the erase all the data. (I have learned as I now have an account with MSN that I can keep where ever I move, LOL).So what do I do. I really like Emma, but do not feel I should have to pay again. I E-mailed then, offered to call them and all else there response was the don't offer support over the phone, they never address the issue that I have know way to solve the stated question that I have no means to retrieve the code or a way to re-install what I paid for, Emma.To further the situation the state I moved to dose not have a "nations bank", you know "higher standards, LOL" Thus the visa I used to buy Emma for fs2k2 is no more as a new visa was issued with the new bank (SunTrust, now purchased by Wachovia, here we go again, LOL). So my purchases from almost two tears ago tells me they cant track the purchase. ( I find it hard that they cannot do this).I really need some help. I need to be able to use the product that I purchased.I hope this is being received in the manner it is meant, I am not being ugly, I am just stuck, and I really am not sure what to do. After all I even offered to let them call me collect, and there response was they don't use the phone to deal with customer service issues on the phone.I just want help. I don't think I must pay again. Sorry I can't help but around here you shouldn't give up until 150+ views and no replies (which help) at the very minimum... most people browse and if its something they can help with they most likely will drop you off some info...Good luck,Jason :-wave

In other words, you don't know who you were when you purchased the product and have no way of finding out?You furthermore have no way of proving that you were indeed that person even IF you knew who you were?Yet you want Lago to trust you and give you a free version?Consider their position:Someone claims to have lost the address, credit card number AND email address used to purchase a product and now asks to have his products released to a different email address (I don't think they have your CC and address info, that's handled directly by their bank).They probably get dozens such requests a day from people who never purchased the stuff at all and just want to trick them into giving it to them for free.Let this be a lesson to transfer accounts to a new email address before the old one expires.

Sir,I am the same person as the time of purchase.Now, if you will please read the post agian, you will see the Bank (of the visa I used is now different, and the ISP is different as stated above.Here is all I am asking, If you re-read the post (I hope this was made clear, in case not I will try to sum it best as we can here),I called the old bank (visa card/ATM, and the the old ISP which means the e-mail account that I had, as stated above those are gone as well according to the old ISP company, a little company called Comcast Cable, be that as it may the responce I get is (my account was cancelled, (I moved to an area they do not serve, no kidding, LOL).My point here is that if you will look back for a second and relize that the bank mentioned, as well as the old cable company (my old e-mail) are no more and that the 800 coustomer people tell me it has been 12 months thus no help (gee, sometimes I wish I was a Lawyer, then I could get some files with records, lol)Agian, I mean no harm, I am just asking what to do, I dont take your comments as a negative even though that would be an easy choice, but unless we walk in another mans shoes will we know his trip.I am not asking for anythink that was not purshased.My question to you is kindly this, If I paid for aproduct from a store that you owned (e-store, or not, ethics are the standard).The reason for the post is that I have sent e-mailss with help, (agian as stated in the post, if it might help take a re-look).I guess after the next day or too, I will end up paying agian, and will enjoy the add-on.I am a coustomer who paid for the product. Why whould one (as stated above and in the post) not be able to contact a merchant where he or she spent money and not be able to get a confirm. Mighr a phone help. To force the old cable (ISP, and the Old bank (the old atm/visa) (agian pleased re-read in case you missed this) can be gone after at a price. I simply ask that a place where you spent your money cant confirm this. I guess I would like to see the responce if the IRS was to ask, I am kidding of course.Agian, even though it is tempting to take your response as negative, however till (as stated here, ((you get moved 3 times and all major providers you deal with change as well)), ).Yea as Banks get more interstate commerce going, that will help. As well as the cable and or ISP, (of course as stated in the post) I now have a "it goes with me e-mail".I am saying one more time. As I am held for no record (in relation to the code #), you are telling me I cant ask the company/group that accepted my funds to be able to use other data, (we all know what I am saying) to confirm that I spent monet with them. Also, the fact they will not call me collect, (how much can I go out of the way), dose not rest well with me.As a move in the the mood (this means a step in the direction to help Lago and myself heal the "wounds"), I will agree and re-pay (hey I paid once!) a price that lago tells me that it it needs to look up the record of the origional purchase.I hopr this makes this a little more clear.Thank you.Mark.P.S. I mention to Mr. Tyme, as in FSGENESIS for his help as he kindly lent a hand to help re-do a lot of D/Ls, as well as many notes he sent to assist me in getting the new computer up and running with the ad ons to make (at the time for me) the new version that we call "Flight Simulator 2004". Thanks Justin I relize the effort and time you took to help. I will always be a gold member (or what ever its called "now a days," lol) I think the price you asked two years (or somthing around this time) ago was very fair and the service is at the top for those that may want to know.Lago, I do not reguire a "hand hold" just please look at your records, as if I need to push (the above mentioed), the fee is more than the purchase price of the product. I willl pay a fee that ytou see fit for the task. Other than this I am unsure what to do.Lago, all a ask is a little help. Thank you.Mark.
