3D vision and windowed mode with DX10

Hi,

 

I still have problems to get the sim running in windowed mode in 3D Vision. Running 3D Vision in fullscreen is no problem but I need the windowed mode when flying online over vatsim to have the FSInn/FSCopilot window open which is disabling the 3D screen

 

Is there any Nvidia 3D Vision user who have find the solution to it? In DX9 it's all functioning well
