Getting wavy or wobbly scenery

Hi all,

 

As the title says I'm getting the wavy or wobbly scenery in FSX regardless of whether Vsync is on or off. I have a Geforce GTX 550Ti using driver 296.10 and setup via Nvidia Inspector with its frame limiter set at 30fps.

 

I haven't always had this but I cannot think of anything I've done such as changes or new installs apart from updating FSDT's Couatl, that could account for it.

 

Has anybody got any ideas, please?
