Can't open 2d screens

Hi I have a problem I can't open the 2d screens like the MDF screens and the cdu when i'm in the 3d view and i click on them a black square appears and dissapears?

I hate to see people hanging with no replies.

 

Do you have DirectX enabled in FSX settings? As this can cause problems with screens in the PMDG?

A bit more info about your specs etc.

Thank you for your reply my FSX setting are set the way they say in the PMDG manual and I don't know what DirectX is could you explain where I can find it?

There is a setting in the Fsx setting, in the program. I can't off the top of my head

remember where, but check this first.
