No ATC voice at some occasion

Sometimes I don't hear the ATC voice from the ATC at certain occasions. But I do hear my own calls. Instead of ATC I get noice or silence. But I can answer the calls. This happens for example with the add on payware Diamond Katana (and ABACUS Super Cub) at Save, but not if I replaced it with SF260. How can this be solved?
