I've noticed that the only 3PD aircraft I own which implement DX10 VC shadows are from Carenado. None of the A2A or RealAir aircraft I own support VC shadows and it's disappointing (once you get used to them); BTW I only fly GA, at least for now. With that in mind I'm looking to get the RealAir Lancair Legacy, but I need to know beforehand if it supports VC shadows so I won't be crushed by discovering its lack thereof after purchasing. Anyone know this for certain? Thanks for reading.

Last night I was in FSX flying my Carendo F33A in the early morning over farmlands in the orbx NZSI (which I just reinstalled, correctly this time). Using DX10 with FSX bloom, the highlight/shadow effects in the F33A VC really nails down immersion of a morning flight. But looking down on those farms I thought, hey, perfect environment for a few hops over hills in my A2A cub; so I started up a new flight in the same environment...but no VC shadows nor highlights...not a deal breaker but definately let down, considering my experience just a few moments earlier. But the A2A cub is such a jem otherwise my disappointment was short lived..but heck, it would have been completely AWESOME in that cub's VC with those morning shadows and bloom highlights!

 

Anyways that sums up my need to know about RealAir Lancair Legacy and its VC: I'm sure the Lancair completely awesome even without VC shadows and bloom, but I'd really like that extra icing on my cake too...does anyone know this for sure?
