Need Advice on Monitor Purchase

Hello,

I've been following the triple monitor thread pretty closely, since that is something I'm going to work towards with my new PC build. Since I'm not that tech savvy I'm having a really hard time choosing monitors and discerning the huge price difference.

I don't want anything larger then 24" (My tv isn't even that big). I fine with a little smaller as well, since I would be getting 3 monitors.

Budget: Ideally $200 but I'm somewhat flexible. Can I get a good monitor for FSX in that price range?

A friend of mine, who does not sim, suggested this monitor. I would be curious to see what others thought:
