Hi, I have a CS 777. I set up my route settings using the FMS and enabled them. I took ascended and tried to enable the L NAV (Which I'm guessing is what you use to follow your FMS route right?)

 

The L NAV will not enable for some reason, is there any other buttons I must engage before engaging L NAV?

Usually you need to be on an intercept heading and within 3 miles of the course line
