NGX Position Light Switch

Hello everyone,

 

I have not been able to find anyone with the issue I am having so I am starting a fresh topic.

 

In the 737-800ngx my position light switch will only switch to the down position (steady). It will not go back to off or to strobe. What am I missing??

Tried a right click with the mouse?
