MDL Files, Help requested with Scenegraph transformation Matrices

I try to make a simple MDL viewer but i am got stuck at reading the Scenegraph data.

 

Anyone can give me a hint how to get the right transformation Matrices for all the parts in the MDL file.

 

Help will be much appreciated.
