When I read the instructions it says " Point installer to correct location of ASE or it will not install correctly" or words to that effect.

 

I press install and it does not give the option to browse to my installed ASE... it installs the files somewhere but not my exiting ASE programme ( V672???)

 

Is it my advancing years or is there an installer problem?

 

Windows 7 64 Bit

Hi Nic,

 

The later SP updates were changed slightly to automatically detect the ASE location. You may have an installation issue here with registry values not set properly. The easy fix would be a re-install.
