Simionic has released an update for their G1000 Sim for iPad The new update now includes the following:

  • Fixes the lag when opening the settings window.
  • navigation database has been completely changed to a new one.
  • Terminal procedures are available in this version.
  • The azimuthal coverage of the LOC&GS has been modified according to real world
  • Supports runways which have two ILS's for each direction on the same frequency(no back course signals).
  • Fixes incorrect drawings of the control area in the inset map.
  • Fixes a position calculation issue when browsing the inset map.
  • Adds multi-thread processing when loading nav data, this will shorten the starting time.
